Frequently Asked Questions

What is your “approach?”

I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, grounded in the belief that healing happens through safety, connection, and collaboration. I tailor therapy to each individual, integrating evidence-based tools from CBT and DBT to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll build practical skills while exploring deeper patterns at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful change.
