I work with ages 18+ in all stages of life. I have experience with young adults to end of life care. My work is centered on guiding individuals through healing deep wounds from the past, understanding the origins of their anxiety and depression, and empowering them to build self-awareness, confidence, behavioral changes and a solid sense of self-worth.
I specialize in treatment of postpartum depression and anxiety as a Perinatal Mental Health Certified provider. I seek to create a gentle and compassionate environment to help clients achieve their goals through this transformative process.
Please feel free to reach out to learn more about my approach and how therapy can support you.

I take a Gottman centered approach to couples therapy to help couples increase intimacy, respect, and affection, learn to communicate effectively, and develop healthy ways to handle conflict, so they can build a more resilient and satisfying relationship. Together we will set goals, recognize unhealthy patterns, improve intimacy and develop the tools to resolve conflict.

As a therapist with a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMHC), I have advanced, specialized training in supporting individuals and families through the emotional and psychological challenges that can arise during pregnancy, postpartum, and the early parenting years.
This certification reflects a deep understanding of issues such as:
Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs)
Birth trauma and loss
Fertility challenges
Identity shifts and relationship changes in parenthood
My goal is to provide informed, compassionate care during this unique life transition—helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their journey to and through parenthood.

The transition to parenthood is one of the most significant—and sometimes stressful—life changes a couple can experience. As a provider trained in the Gottman Bringing Baby Home Program, I offer support for couples who are expecting or parenting a young child and want to strengthen their relationship during this pivotal time.
This research-based program, developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman, is designed to help couples:
Strengthen their friendship and emotional connection
Improve communication and conflict management
Navigate changes in identity and roles
Stay connected as a couple while becoming co-parents
Support healthy emotional and social development in their baby
Bringing Baby Home sessions provide practical tools and guided conversations to help you feel more prepared, connected, and confident as partners and parents. Whether you're expecting your first child or adjusting to life with a newborn, this program can help you protect your relationship and lay a strong foundation for your growing family.
This can be done as a group training or couple

Based on decades of research by Drs. John and Julie Gottman, the 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work program offers couples practical, research-based tools to strengthen their relationship and deepen emotional connection.
Whether you're in a long-term partnership or newly married, this program is designed to help couples:
Improve communication and manage conflict more effectively
Increase friendship, intimacy, and affection
Build trust and emotional safety
Strengthen shared goals, values, and dreams
Deepen understanding of each other’s inner world
As a trained facilitator of the 7 Principles Program, I guide couples through structured exercises and conversations that foster greater connection, respect, and resilience. This program is ideal for couples who want to enrich their relationship, prevent future challenges, or rebuild after a difficult period.
Can be done as a group training or as a couple
What to Expect
After you reach out, we will schedule a 15 minute informal call to discuss what is bringing you to therapy, how I can help you and set a time and date for an intake session.
An initial individual session will be 55 minutes and couples 75 minutes. This will be an opportunity to talk in more detail regarding what is bringing you to therapy, who you are and my approach to therapy.
At the end of our session, we will make sure you have a recurring time for your sessions and on same page regarding treatment and your goals. After that, you start your therapy and growth journey!
